Unraveling the secrets of the Banda Sea
The 60m Aqua Blu is the first-ever long-range explorer yacht permanently based in East Indonesia. With a grand naval heritage as the former HMS Beagle, and later the private yacht of European aristocracy, Aqua Blu was completely refitted in 2019 under the vision of Dutch yacht designer Cor D. Rover. Today she offers 15 individually designed suites and expansive social spaces across five decks — redefining modern luxury exploration.
15 Design Suites (some interconnecting), each accommodating 2 guests
30 Guests | 25 Crew – highly personalised service
Expeditions across 4 Destinations & 22 Itineraries including Raja Ampat, Spice Islands & Komodo
Culinary Journeys by chef Benjamin Cross, inspired by Indonesia’s spice trade route
Five Decks of Luxury – lounges, sun deck, and refined indoor/outdoor spaces
Aqua Blu’s interiors are a blend of brass-and-ivory elegance and contemporary design. Suites feature plush bedding, modern fittings, and a luxurious sense of home. Guests can unwind on the panoramic sun deck, gather in sophisticated lounges, or enjoy the intimacy of interconnecting suites for families and friends.
Renowned chef Benjamin Cross curates Aqua Blu’s cuisine with inspiration from Indonesian, European, and Mediterranean influences. Expect signature dishes such as:
